Glanevo provides multi-tenant SaaS for beauty and wellness businesses. Scope depends on your plan, enabled modules, and product version. The website, salon panel domain, and mobile apps are part of the service.

You must provide accurate registration data, protect credentials, and are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

Fees follow pricing shown at checkout or in-product. Payments are processed by third-party providers. Billing may be monthly or annual; taxes apply as required by law.

You may cancel via in-product controls and applicable contract terms. Refund eligibility varies by plan and region. Data retention and export follow our closure policies.

You are responsible for customer and business content you enter (including personal data). Content must comply with law and third-party rights. We process it to provide the service.

You may not use the service unlawfully, attempt to breach security, abuse infrastructure, reverse engineer except where permitted by law, or interfere with other customers. We may suspend or terminate for violations.

We target high availability (e.g. 99.9% uptime goal) but this is an objective, not a guarantee, excluding scheduled maintenance and events beyond reasonable control.

The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, indirect or consequential damages may be limited or excluded. You maintain backups and compliance measures appropriate to your business.

Glanevo trademarks, software, design, and documentation are owned by Glanevo or licensors. Copying, distribution, or reverse engineering without permission is prohibited.

Mandatory consumer protections in your country remain unaffected. Where permitted, venue and governing law may follow your contract or regional terms.

We may update these terms. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-product notice. The “last updated” date is shown at the top of this page.
